Honest estimates
We would rather lose the bid than sell a deadline we know will not hold. A project sold too cheap is the one that turns into an amendment later.
Avant IT Consult started in 2010 as a SAP integrator. Since then we have widened into automation, development and data — always around the same axis: solving the technology problem that is blocking the client's operation.
We do not sell a project before understanding the problem. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis that may well conclude you do not need to hire anything — it has happened, and it will happen again.
We put senior people at the critical points. The common practice in consulting is to sell with the experienced consultant and deliver with the junior; we size the team in the proposal, and the team in the proposal is the team that shows up.
We write down what we do. Documentation is not an optional deliverable at the end of the project: it is part of the work, because it is what lets you change supplier in the future without redoing everything. A consultancy that makes itself hard to replace is protecting its own contract, not the client's operation.

You know who works on your project and you talk to that person directly. Layers of intermediaries exist to protect the supplier, not the client.
Documentation, code in your repository and knowledge transfer as part of the scope, not as a courtesy.
SLA, squad velocity, post go-live adoption: we set the yardstick at the start and report against it, even when the number does not favour us.
We have worked as a SAP integrator since 2010, with a team of consultants certified in the modules we cover. For details on our current standing in the SAP partner programme, talk to our commercial team.
We run with an in-house core of consultants and a network of specialists brought in according to the module and technology of each project. That lets us assemble a senior team for specific scopes without inflating the fixed cost passed on to the client.
Mid-sized to large, mainly. The criterion is not revenue but complexity: a company with a significant ERP, multiple systems and processes that cross departments is where our work makes the most difference.
An initial 30-minute conversation is usually enough for us to know whether we can help — and to say so if we cannot.
