This Policy describes how Avant IT Consult handles personal data collected through the site avantitconsult.com.br and our support channels, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).

1. Who controls the data

2. What data we collect

Data you give us. When you fill in a contact form, request a proposal or open a support ticket, we collect name, corporate e-mail, phone, company, job title and the content of the message.

Data collected automatically. Access logs such as IP address, date and time, pages visited, traffic source and browser and device information.

Candidate data. When you apply for a role, we collect the data contained in the CV you send.

3. What we use the data for

• Answering contact requests and preparing commercial proposals
• Performing and managing service contracts
• Providing support and maintenance services
• Sending communications about our services, where consent exists
• Analysing site usage to improve content and navigation
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest — for security, fraud prevention and improvement of our services — and consent, where applicable, particularly for marketing communications.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology suppliers acting as processors on our behalf — hosting, e-mail, analytics tools and relationship management systems — always under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and with public authorities when required by law or court order.

6. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the site to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy. Commercial contact data is kept while the relationship lasts and for the applicable limitation period. Access logs are kept for the minimum period set by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework. Once those periods end, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, including access control, encryption in transit and activity logging.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may request confirmation that processing exists, access to the data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymisation or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions.
