FI, CO, TR and FSCM. Accounting, controlling, treasury and credit, including Brazilian localisation and tax obligations.
You need an MM specialist for four months, not an employee forever. We place certified consultants who work under your coordination, in your process and your tooling — and we hand the knowledge back documented when the contract ends.
Hiring a SAP consultant through the traditional market takes two to four months between opening the role, interviewing, negotiating and serving notice. By the time the professional starts, the need that triggered the hire has often passed — or the project has already slipped.
The alternative has a bad reputation, and deservedly so. Body shopping means sending a CV, billing hours and disappearing. The consultant arrives without context, learns your environment at your expense, and takes everything learned away when the contract ends. You pay twice: for the learning and for losing it.
The difference lies in two concrete things: who answers for the professional, and what remains afterwards. Our consultant has technical backup from Avant IT — they are not left alone facing a problem outside their specialty. And documentation of what was done is a contractual deliverable, not a favour. When they leave, the knowledge stays.
FI, CO, TR and FSCM. Accounting, controlling, treasury and credit, including Brazilian localisation and tax obligations.
MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, WM and EWM. Purchasing, sales, production, maintenance, quality and warehouse management.
ABAP, Basis, Fiori/UI5, CPI and integrations. Development, environment administration and connectivity with external systems.
BW, SAC and Analytics on S/4HANA. Modelling, extraction and reporting on the transactional base.
HCM and SuccessFactors. Payroll, time management, personnel administration and talent modules.
Specialists in conversion and in the process differences between ECC and S/4HANA, for companies migrating or already migrated.
A technical conversation to understand module, seniority, SAP release and what the professional will find in your environment. A poorly defined profile is the most common cause of an allocation that does not work.
We send profiles within ten business days; a common profile usually comes out in five. You interview whoever you want — deciding who joins your team is yours, not ours.
The consultant joins your process, your ticketing tool and your team ceremonies. Day to day, they report to your coordination.
An Avant IT manager follows the contract and acts as technical backup. If the profile does not fit, we replace it at no replacement cost.
At the end of the contract, documentation of what was done is delivered and reviewed with your team. That is the step separating allocation from body shopping.
These are three different formats, and choosing the wrong one is expensive. In outsourcing, the consultant works under your coordination and you set their priorities every day — it makes sense when demand is continuous and knowledge of your environment is the main asset.
In AMS, the responsibility is ours: you open a ticket, we respond within a contracted SLA, and sizing the team is our problem. It makes sense when you want cost predictability and do not want to manage people.
In a project, what you buy is scope and deadline, not hours. It makes sense when the result is well defined — an implementation, a conversion, a roll-out.
In doubt, the practical test is this: if you can say what must be delivered, buy a project. If you can say how much capacity you need, buy outsourcing. If you would rather decide neither, buy AMS.
We present profiles within ten business days; a common profile usually comes out in five. The start depends on your interview and the professional's availability — generally two to four weeks from first contact to first day of work.
All three. Most allocations today are remote or hybrid, which widens the reach for rare profiles considerably. If your process requires presence, we align that when defining the profile, because it changes both availability and cost.
We replace them at no replacement cost. It is a contract clause, not a courtesy. We only ask that the feedback comes early: a profile that does not fit usually shows signs in the first two weeks, and swapping then is far cheaper than in the third month.
In outsourcing you coordinate the consultant and set their priorities. In AMS, you open a ticket and we respond within an SLA — managing the team is our job. Outsourcing is capacity under your management; AMS is outcome under ours.
Both. A full squad makes sense for a project stream with its own scope, with a technical lead of ours coordinating the technical side while priorities stay yours. Individual allocation is the most common format, reinforcing an existing team.
Documentation of what was done is a contractual deliverable, reviewed with your team before the exit. That is the practical difference between a proper allocation and body shopping — and it is what stops you hiring again in six months just to understand what was changed.
