Does Avant IT serve companies across all of Brazil?
Yes. We work remotely and in hybrid mode for clients throughout the country, with a physical office in Barueri, in Greater São Paulo. Projects that require on-site work are agreed case by case.
Which SAP modules does Avant IT cover?
We cover the core S/4HANA and ECC modules — FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM and HCM — plus SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors and integrations via CPI/PI-PO. We also do ABAP development and Fiori interfaces.
What is the smallest project you take on?
Anything from allocating a single senior consultant to full implementation programmes. There is no rigid minimum: what we decide together is whether the scope makes sense as a project, as an allocation or as an AMS contract.
Do you work on fixed scope or time and materials?
Both. Implementations usually run on fixed scope with delivery milestones; AMS and the software factory work better as a monthly pool of hours or a dedicated squad. We recommend the format that lowers your risk, not the one that bills more.
